Amazing, vast knowledge on a number of topics and fantastic to work with. They really helped us find the best course of action to address the issue. They showed up on time, professional, cleanup after themselves and did exactly what they promised. I was shown pictures of before and after the work as done. What a difference!

They did a great job on my ducts, were professional and reasonable about what could be done, and also charged an amount that seemed reasonable. Also, the pair is very nice and since I’m a new homeowner, they were really helpful.

Due to the outstanding job Kegan and Sam Lung did on our
carpet job on 5/29/2017, we asked them about duct cleaning. They came
out on 6/3/2017 and cleaned all our ducts. I never knew that it could
make such a positive difference when it came to health. We had not had
our ducts cleaned since we moved into this house in 1986 and after this, I
would do it every 3-4 years so that we don’t breathe all the ugly stuff we
saw on the videos they made during the job. Once again, I cannot say
enough good things about these brothers. They are reasonably priced,
personality plus, professional and are men of their word. I would go to
these brothers for any home improvement referrals I would ever need in
the future.

Responsive customer service and good quality work. Sam
gave me pictures to see during the process and explained clearly what he
was doing. I didn’t give 5 stars on value due to extra charge on cleaning
booster fan which may be unfair. They did disclose the charges up front
so it wasn’t a surprise. I would hire them again.

They were great!! Called to confirm the appointment and
showed up on time. Took a lot of pictures so that I could see how their
service worked and what they were accomplishing. Very nice and very
easy to work with!!

Friendly, professional. Happy to explain what was needed
and how to avoid costly repair bills from others. Would definitely
recommend to others in need of their services

These guys came into my home, this is a very intrusive
service, but they worked very hard and very professionally, got the job
done, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I will use them

Fantastic! That’s the first word that comes to mind when I think of Surface Masters. Kegan and Sam came to clean my air ducts. (I was having trouble with my allergies after moving into our new home).

Kegan and Sam were great to work with. They were super friendly and crazy thorough- we found dog hair (previous owners didn’t even have a dog!), tons of dust, an old key, a Christmas wish list, and even an old love letter (?!) hiding in my air ducts!

Price wise: not only did they give a teachers discount (YAY! Thank you!!), but they were so straightforward with their pricing- $25/per duct, and no hidden fees!  Literally half the cost of the other guys (I called three other companies to compare).

I would 100% recommend Surface Cleaners!  Great guys, great business. A+!

These guys are passionate about their work. They did a great job. The carpets and upholstery looked great after the cleaning. We also had the ducts cleaned and they  showed us a scary video of all the gross debris, dust, and spiders in the ducts and then how clean they were after they cleaned them. The brother team was great as they had an easy brotherly rapport. They were like the Click and Clack of cleaning!

I am so happy with the job that Surface Masters did on cleaning out the heat ducts in my home, that I’m inspired to write a review–my first since 2013. I found Surface Masters through the Home Advisor website; I did a Google search for duct cleaning and that site’s just what popped up. Lucky for me.

Kegan (owner of Surface Masters) called me back before the other two companies who I’d be getting bids from as well. I immediately appreciated the straightforward price he shared with me ($25 per vent includes thorough vac cleaning and disinfectant fog…and video of part of process to see some of the dust/debris they remove). HE STOOD BY HIS NO HIDDEN FEES price, even though some of the ducts in my home (built in 1906) held gobs and gobs of dust and junk and he and his brother Sam (I’m assuming is also his business partner or part owner of the company) had to deal with some serious grime.

Some people say the proof is in the pudding. I say that the proof of the job well done by Surface Masters is in the fact that this morning, for the first time since I can remember, I didn’t sneeze when the heat kicked on. Usually the routine goes like this: I’m sitting in my home office, I hear the heat start coming through the vent, then I sneeze. This morning, I practically jumped for joy when the heat started up and NO SNEEZE. No blowing of the nose. It would not surprise me at all if I save in tissues what I spent on duct cleaning (yay!). I will be telling all my friends about Surface Masters and duct cleaning, because they were very friendly and professional, and I love supporting local, family run businesses.

I just hired Kegan and Sam today to clean my vents and I couldn’t be happier.  These gentlemen are awesome and are so customer service oriented.  I was nervous to have this done because I had read reviews on other companies that read like horror stories.  These guys go above and beyond.  They take preventive measures to insure their clients homes are not damaged by covering wall corners and floors where they are bringing in the large hoses. They cover and tape off vents.  They will show you every thing before, during and after their cleaning.  Their duct patch work was great and they guarantee their work for a year.  They truly care and want their customers happy!  And their prices very competitive.

The Lung brothers are an amazing team!  I am beyond grateful for having Surface Masters come to clean the carpets, and the ducts in my home! From start to finish they both get an A+++ for an amazing job done, and going above and beyond what I had asked for. Their kind words of advice was very much appreciated to continue my home clean and free from many allergens, etc.  Having the Lung brothers complete this job only means more business for them,  I look forward to recommending Surface Masters to other friends and family! Great price as well. A big thank you.
